Betty Boop is pursued on the highway by a handsome police officer Freddie, who wants to make time with her. Trying to get away, the girl accidentally breaks the speed limit and is then taken to court, where she pleads her case in a song. The judge, though, seems to be more interested in her looks then in her words. Finally, Freddie admits his fault, and the male jurors, also attracted to the girl, find her non guilty.
