Betty Boop's Penthouse

Bimbo and Koko mix elixirs at Bimbo's Experimental Laboratory. Their work is interrupted when they see Betty, taking a shower in a cute bathing suit on the roof of her penthouse. While the girl is singing "Penthouse Serenade", the two forget about the chemicals, and one of the brew then turns into a Frankenstein-style monster. It menaces Betty, but the girl sprays it with perfume, and the monster turns into a harmless dancing flower.
