Betty Boop's Hallowe'en Party

Betty Boop throws a Halloween party. A freezing scarecrow is happy to accept the invitation that has landed on his sleeve. He helps the girl with decorating the room while she is making jack o'lanterns. At last all other guests arrive, and Betty sings a lovely song "Let's all Sing like the Birdies Sing, Tweet, Tweet, Tweet". The partygoers are disturbed by a furious gorilla that intrudes in the house and grabs Betty. She is then saved by ghosts and witches that drive the gorilla out in the end.
