Betty Boop, M.D.

Betty, Bimbo and Koko travel in a wagon advertising an all-purpose health tonic, Jippo. Koko's performance does not convince the audience to pay the money, but Betty does much better. Her jazz number "Now's time to Buy Jippo" wins the locals over, and they finally buy the miracle medicine. Even though it's nothing else than tap water, the tonic happens to produce strange side-effects like turning an old man into a giant baby or moving a man's beard to the top of his head.
